RainBow Replays:
My title of "MOTHER" - is my cloak of great pride
Not just due - to giving birth to a child
I’m not just a mother, - who expelled from her womb,
but a mother - who prepared a special room In my heart, - Beside Jesus (my inner alarm). - There you are protected - in His comforting arms.
I am God’s ever ready standby nurse - Prepared to nourish whenever you thirst.
When tears need tending, - I am the seamstress that God uses for mending
if you find yourself one friend low; - Behold! I am your mother -
Bonded for life - by way of our souls.
I am your mother, your teacher, your confidant - through life’s end
I am your mother, more than a friend.
When you receive true birth, I’ll view your flight; - As you dedicate yourself to new life.
I, as your mother, will usher you to His right hand,
and marvel in awe when endowed with a new woman; (or a new man.)
Each step thereafter - will define me in part;
From thence will I tread quietly and leave - footprints upon your heart -
On exit from this side, when I seek to view glory
I bestow to you volumes - of personalized stories
Falter the tears - as you share the experiences of our past;
For through generations - our memories together will last.
Think of me often by a smile upon your face - Then will I know that you’ve received God’s holy grace.
I’ll smile too from my golden throne - while wrapped in warmness of the love that you’ve shown
On this day when you define --- "who I am," ---
know that I still wear my title of "Mother" with pride.
For you are delivered of God, - who blessed me with child
though, not just of my womb; - But also of my heart -
No longer of this world, - yet from you - never will I depart
So on this day we praise ALL mothers; - from the novice to the relocated.
And say "Thanks mom, you’re top rated!" And know that GOD loves you;
Proverbs 31:10 29-31 – Who can find a virtuous woman? For her worth is far above rubies. Many daughters have done well, but you have surpassed them all. Charm is deceitful and beauty is passing, but the woman who fears the Lord, shall be praised. Give her the fruit of her hands, and let her own works praise her in the gates. Amen.

March On
The God who marches His people through the desert will endure forever He will not suffer thy foot to be moved, he that keepeth thee will not slumber; The very hairs of your head are numbered; So, let's march into his presence singing praise. For He has blessed us with the Son he raised. March on through your trials and tribulations Praise Him for providing us from Genesis to Revelations March on through your pain Yes the godly suffer, yet does He reign The cloud may last only for a night; set out and march under the power of His might March for the strength of His grace Let the cloud of the Lord provide your resting place Conquerers will march in the victory parade The brave whose march is unafraid victoriously they march into His Temple that's set apart through praise Honor Him all that love Him for you are called His saved. (Psalm 136:16, Psalm 95:2,Psalm 105:62, Jeremiah 7:10, Revelation 3:5, Psalm 121,Matthew 10:30)
Six A.M. pain came and shook my body awake, he squeezed tightly trying to seize my faith He held on tightly as he sunk his teeth in but faith I clung to hoping not to weaken As the fight began Pain prevented physical defence Yet I trusted in a valient win Then behold, my eyes caught hold of....Him!;
"It is in My time that this fight will end; I am always present with pain
Dear child, hold on...your healing I proclaim"
His words held me close and I held on to them Sow your faith, and faith also will you reap Peace hushed pains hurt and soothed us both to sleep. |

So Me Day
So Me Day stole the Someday plans
from the Son of Man
So Me Day said someday was taking too long
as it left the righteous path for a
destructive path of wrongs
A So Me Day path of blind destruction
free from Godly instruction
So Me Day says 'Why wait, you can
have it now; It's a wrap, throw in the
towel
We make our own rules. This is the
So Me Day School'
So Me Day re-constructs dreams that
are absent of esteem, fueled by
selfishness as life careens
Those who don't concur, or agree, be
gone with thee
So Me Day has set you free and it's just us
So Me Day never disagrees, argues or even fuss
We don't know Salvation; that's for cowards
who want eternal rest & those who someday
look to be blessed
So Me Day said 'Why wait for Someday
when it's just a risk you take?'
Some think this path is just fate or
tribulation for not waiting for
Someday's open gate
So Me Day says 'Grab hold while the
getting seems good, before you are
aware of the smell of the stink.
You are young and the sun will go down
sooner than you think'
So Me Day says 'The night too is ours.
It's when the So Me Day followers
gain power for the impending fight
over your life;
We battle those who speak of eternal life and
what you can Someday gain, while
trying to teach you to dance in the rain'
So Me Day says 'Leave soul seekers in
pain; Refrain from looking ahead
enjoy your So Made Day until you are dead
Let So Me Day haters worry about
growing old and dying with humble souls
or the blaze. We are living in the
So Me Daze.' mb

The man dressed in red and white didn’t know what to do... for children were saying "We don’t believe in you!" Parents no longer tell their children about me; they teach ‘Nothing in life is free.’ Christmas will began to die, it’s already omitting the twinkle from eyes; Disenchanted with true Christmas joy, people believe Christmas is all about toys; They shove one another while waiting for hot new items, standing in lines ready to strike, and fight ‘em. We put it in the Father’s hand He who has raised the Son of Man Some parents don’t believe either on Me that I died and rose for all to be free Parents, please help children to believe and inventory the free gifts you’ll receive. Psalm 33:21 “Our heart shall rejoice in Him, because we have trusted in His Holy name.”
Those who may be returning to:
schools,
colleges,
difficult marriages,
broken families, etc...
Get rid of all moral filth and the evil
that is so prevalent and humbly accept
the word planted in you, which can save you
(James 1:21)
He knows your troubles.
His word says
"I will turn their mourning into gladness;
I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow"
(Jeremiah 31:13)
As you return to your daily strife
......add Him, the Comforter to your life.

Come on inside and enjoy this historical ride
as our past comes to life
-eternal life never dies
Come, sit in the seats of previous men freed
of deceit
those who fought for our God given rights,
our civil rights
-through freedom fights
Learn of the independence gained
after years of struggles for slavery's grave
The American Civil War only opened the door
Abe Lincoln signed the Proclamation of Emancipation
in 1862
On June 19, 1865 God spoke through the voice
of Union Major-General Gordon Granger
who read General Order No.3
"All slaves are free"
Juneteenth is the same as the fourth of July for
Texas and states of it's borders.
We stand and salute our troops
in the red, white, and blue
Let us celebrate this July 4th
knowing that America has raised up,
as on Juneteenth
On one accord, not under, nor beneath
Let freedom ring
as we sing,
Let freedom ring
as we bling
Let freedom ring
in our ears
Let freedom ring
as to how we got here
Let freedom ring
.....by staying free
In the words of the late Martin Luther King Jr.
'Free at last, free at last, thank God Almighty
we are free at last'
Luke 11:2 Our Father in heaven, hallowed by Your name. Your kingdom come.

The Full Measure of Happiness
Our forefathers
struggled and sacrificed
without pay,
for us to share in
this day.
In reaffirming the greatness
of our nature,
we must remain faithful
in our search of a new life
of prosperity and freedom
through the sum
of our individual ambitions and strife.
There are no shortcuts for life.
We are the keepers
of this legacy
with a greater understanding.
We must arise,
set aside childish ideas,
and earn
a future of peace and dignity.
Our heritage is a strength.
Unclench fists
and we will extend hands
to feed hungry minds of man
with faith
and determination
through the spirit of service.
We will emerge stronger.
Return to these truths,
the truths
that sees us through
the darkest of hours;
Remember who we are
and how far we’ve traveled.
Let us endure what may come
with God’s gifts
upon us for
the full measure of happiness.

This year let us inspire
as we aspire
let us touch souls
as our goals unfold
let us lift one another up
as we sup from His cup
'Have a SAFE 2009
living on Gods time.'
One of RainBows favorite Poems:
Myself
by Edgar Guest
I have to live with myself and so,
I want to be fit for myself to know;
I want to be able as days go by,
Always to look myself straight in the eye;
I don't want to stand with the setting sun
And hate myself for the things I've done.
I don't want to keep on a closet shelf
A lot of secrets about myself,
And fool myself as I come and go
Into thinking that nobody else will know
The kind of man I really am;
I don't want to dress myself up in sham.
I want to go out with my head erect,
I want to deserve all men's respect;
But here in this struggle for fame and pelf;
I want to be able to like myself.
I don't want to think as I come and go
That I'm bluster and bluff and empty show.
I never can hide myself from me,
I see what others may never see,
I know what others may never know,
I never can fool myself-and so,
Whatever happens I want to be
Self-respecting and conscience free.
